text-align: left;\"><br\/><\/div><div class=\"MsoNormal\" data-custom-class=\"body_text\" style=\"line-height: 1.5; text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Para agilizar la resoluci\u00f3n y controlar el coste de cualquier disputa, controversia o reclamaci\u00f3n relacionada con estas Condiciones Legales (cada una de ellas un  <bdt class=\"block-component\"><\/bdt>\u00abLitigio\u00bb y colectivamente, los \u00abLitigios\u00bb<bdt class=\"statement-end-if-in-editor\"><\/bdt>) interpuesto por usted o por nosotros (individualmente, un  <bdt class=\"block-component\"><\/bdt>\u00abParte\u00bb y colectivamente, las \u00abPartes<bdt class=\"statement-end-if-in-editor\"><\/bdt>), las Partes acuerdan intentar primero negociar cualquier Disputa (excepto las Disputas expresamente previstas a continuaci\u00f3n) de manera informal durante al menos <bdt class=\"question\">treinta (30)<\/bdt>  d\u00edas antes de iniciar el arbitraje.
